The Mission Statement articulates what the organization stands for so that the stakeholders and the organization’s current and potential customers or clients can identify the organization’s meaningful standards. SWOT Analysis.

The SWOT Analysis is a fundamental part of the strategic planning process used to evaluate the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats involved in any organization. It involves identifying the internal and external factors that are favorable and unfavorable in achieving the objectives of your organization. Once these factors are identified, an action plan can be developed to strengthen your organization. We usually do this analysis at an annual retreat of the executive team with the full participation of all involved.
