We have assembled an international team of professional multi-lingual Business, Legal, Executive and Life Coaches. We are united by our passion for helping our clients achieve their vision of themselves and their businesses. Whether the issue is enjoying the success they have achieved and creating a balanced life, growing their businesses or setting and reaching personal goals, our team has extensive experience and provide our clients with the tools, support and structure they need to stay focused on a more productive and fulfilling life.


We at Silber, Vasquez & Associates have over 20 years experience in Life, Business and Marketing Coaching and are dedicated to assisting lawyers and law-firms reach their potential, expand their practices and grow their client bases.



President and Partner

Liza Vasquez is a Certified Master Coach. She is affiliated with CoachU and is a member of the International Coach Federation and the Legal Marketing Association. She is an expert Life Coach, Legal Marketer, and with women's issues in businesss.



Partner and Vice-President

Jeffrey is a Certified Master Coach in Business, Legal, Professional and Life Coaching. He became a Coach because he “wanted to share the secrets of building a happy, fulfilling and successful life with those who want this for themselves.

It is our responsibility to discover, clarify and align what our client wants to achieve. You can expect information, advice, support, collaboration, strategies, continuous presence, energy, creativity, availability, and partnership.

Non-Judgmental Attitude

We are not here to judge right or wrong. Our position is to Coach the “real you” to come forward into the life you want. As there are times when you will share information that may make you vulnerable, we assure you that we will treat your choices and actions (past, present, and future) with respect.


All the information you provide us and the content of all the conversations you have with us while in your Coaching sessions will remain strictly confidential, meaning we will not share any information provided by you with anyone without your expressed consent.

Commitments and Integrity

  • If we make a promise to you, it will be kept.

  • If we are unable to keep a commitment, we will notify you of this as soon as possible.

  • We will deal with you in the highest standard of integrity, honesty, professionalism, and respect.

  • We are adamant about delivering high value to our clients.

  • We will let you know if we feel our involvement is not likely to make a positive difference in your life.

  • We will refer you to another professional, such as a psychologist, if we feel the issues you face cannot be resolved through the Coaching process alone.

Tenacity about Your Progress

As you have hired us to grow, we know that some of the best value we can deliver to you comes through the “tough places” you may be unwilling to visit on your own. We will give honest feedback, ask challenging questions, occasionally confront your paradigms, give you homework assignments designed to challenge your comfort, make you accountable to your commitments, cheering you on and every once in a while give you a gentle, always caring kick in the behind.

What You Can Expect of Yourself and the Coaching Experience

  • It is up to you to let us know the results that you want to accomplish in your sessions.

  • It is up to us to plan next steps that will take you to those results.

  • It is up to us, together, to make sure the steps are taken and all necessary adjustments are made as we go along.

Your sessions with us are used to debrief on past assignments, ask and answer questions, strategize, and set up next steps.

Pre-First Session: The Coaching Experience begins the moment you make a commitment to your first session. Once you agree to Executive or Life Coaching with us, we will send you a Confidential Client Information Form. We need this form returned to us not less than a week before your first session. This information will give us a head start in knowing who you are; and will help “jump start” the Coaching process.

What You May Experience Before Our First Session

Many clients report one or more of the following experiences prior to this session:

  • Curiosity

  • Doubt

  • Excitement

  • Unexpected negative feelings about the process

  • Unexpected positive feelings about the process

  • Uncertainty about this whole coaching idea

  • Not knowing what we want from you

  • All of these feelings are normal and a sign that you are invested.

In our experience, almost every client will go though some periods of feeling completely invincible and other periods of feeling fearful, doubtful, tired, or resentful of the whole process. We personally get excited to see all of these because they all form part of the growth cycle.

To you, some time periods may feel great, while other times you would prefer to do without. Overall, however, the growth curve will be positive. Many clients report some or all of the following:

  • More personal and professional fulfillment

  • Increased earnings

  • Better use of time

  • Better physical shape

  • Better relationships

  • More sales and/or more customers

  • Better health and improved nutrition

  • More free time

  • And always – an overall increase in their understanding of what is essential, which gives them peace of mind!

Questions or Doubts

As you are about to begin your coaching experience, please let us know if you have any questions or doubts about anything you have read or that was told to you. We thank you for your confidence in choosing us as your Life Coaches. We look forward to working with you and to helping make progress toward a happier, more personally and professionally fulfilling present and future.

Fees and Timeliness

Fees: All fees are due in advance, on the first day of each month for the sessions to be held that same month.

Monthly Package of Sessions: When you agree to a package of sessions, the monthly fee will be based on that package. Therefore all sessions must be used in that same month. Scheduling the sessions is the responsibility of the client. If you do not schedule some or any of your sessions for that month, they will be considered as having been used by you. Sessions from a monthly package cannot be held over to use in a future month.

Promptness: All sessions begin at the top of the hour such as 11:00, 12:00 or 1:00. If you are fifteen minutes late or more, the session cannot take place and you will be considered as having "stood us up" meaning the session was used by you. See "Exceptions" below.

Rescheduling a Session: In order to reschedule a Coaching session with no penalty, you must give us a minimum of twenty-four hours advance notice. With less than 24-hour notice, the sessions will be considered as used by you. See "Exceptions" below.

Exceptions: Only illness of the client, his/her child or mate will be acceptable to reschedule a "no-show" session or a session cancelled with less than 24-hours’ notice with no financial penalty.

Rescheduling by Silber, Vasquez & Associates: On those rare occasions that we have to cancel or reschedule a session with you, we will also make every effort to give you a 24-hours’ notice. Even if we have to cancel with less than 24-hours’ notice, you will have the opportunity to reschedule the session at no penalty or additional cost to you.

Availability in an Emergency: We encourage you to be judicious in what you consider an emergency. If at all possible, we prefer for you to wait until your next regularly scheduled session. However, you may contact one of us outside of your scheduled sessions in the event of a genuine emergency or if you have a time-sensitive issue that cannot wait until your next scheduled session.
